The left-wing government of President Evo Morales recently uncovered the torture chambers most probably used by the military dictatorship of 1970s, ruled by General Hugo Banzer. It marks some of the dark parts of Bolivia's history.
More than 150 political prisoners, primarily left-wing activists, had gone missing and the clues found inside the torture chambers might hold clue to their fate.
