US State Department congratulates Bolivia and Venezuela for successful referenda
04/01/09 23:23
A new US State Department is here alright, and its shows.
The US State Department recently congratulated Bolivia and Venezuela for their successful referenda to modify their respective Constitutions. The Obama government called it "democratic" and said that it is looking forward to working with these two nations. Just shows that the United States is becoming more open to the independence of the South American nation.
