A perfect society is so hard to come by especially if people are divided with extreme ideals, violence and racism. This has been the of the major issues of every countries up until the present day. One of the countries haunted by the same ghosts is Bolivia and it resulted to countless of lives being sacrificed. A recent shooting in the province of Bolivia has slain a number of supporters and detractors of the government.
