Heightened Security Alert for Bolivian Public Demonstration

When a decree or a law is release by the government which seems unjust to the common citizen, they protest and hold demonstrations, but what if the government is on the right in releasing this decree? This is what is happening to Bolivia as the government declares Supreme Decree 29836 which bans importing used vehicles to Bolivia. A public demonstration or protest will be held but the police will ensure that things will not go out of hand. Read the rest here:
