Spanish company Repsol will be finally nationalized after state-owned energy company YFPB finalized take over.
This came in after the Bolivian Presiden Evo Morales ordered the nationalization of the country's hydrocarbon industry in 2006. The government is still negotiating with three other foreign companies over takeover issues.
