Bolivian authorities uncover mercenary cell near Santa Cruz

Bolivian authorities announced that they have uncovered the operation of an anti-government mercenary group operating just outside the city of Santa Cruz, a well-known hotbed of anti-government activity in the wealthy eastern provinces. Three of the unit's members were killed by Bolivian authorities during the raid.
