Raving about the hospitality lavished on him during his recent visit to Japan, President Evo Morales said the Tokyo hotel suite provided by his hosts was more comfortable than Bolivia's own presidential palace.

President Evo Morales of Bolivia, has blamed developed countries for the weeks of flooding, the worst in 20 years, and said that their failure to combat climate change is the direct cause of this disaster.
