In a pilot project a farm of 10 hectares was utilized to grow blueberries. Cimar Rocha, director of the project was pleased and stated that this project could be successfully repeated in other zones. With the worst flooding in a quarter century the last thing Bolivia needs is infighting between President Evo Morales and the Amazon region's governor. However this is exactly what is causing the aid effort to be hampered.
