He has promised money to help rebuild but that's as far as he is willing to go. A Canadian tourist who disappeared a month ago cycling on the infamous "Death Road" has been found 490 feet down a cliff off the road. Foreign Minister, David Choquehuanca, has flown to the U.S. to begin negotiations for an extension of U.S. tax preference for Bolivia. The worst flood in 25 years has isolated Trinidad and killed 35 perople. Officials are afraid of the dike spilling over and flooding the city. Bolivia wishes to discuss with Chile about its demand for access to the sea. There is the possibility that this will be taken this dispute to a trilateral or multilateral scenario.
