New gas pipeline to Argentina to begin in October

Chavez Wants to Help Bolivia Develop Gas Reserves

Without openly naming them, Venezuelan President Hugo has said that the only thing stopping him in his quest to help Bolivia develop its natural gas reserves, are local opposition groups. Chavez said he wants to help Bolivia develop its natural gas reserves to alleviate poverty in the South American nation.
