Roxana Arias Becerra, 32, who was chosen Miss Bolivia 1993, was arrested in Santa Cruz's Airport as she boarded a plane carrying 1.8 pounds of cocaine .

Bolivia Targeted With Venezuela In Drug Cultivation

The Bush administration is once again accusing Venezuela together with Bolivia for their lack of co-operation in the war against drugs. The report on the other hand applauded Mexico and Colombia's efforts in the battle against trafficking. The message to Bolivia was with respect to their increased cultivation of cocoa.
