Foreign Minister, David Choquehuanca, has flown to the U.S. to begin negotiations for an extension of U.S. tax preference for Bolivia. The delegation which also includes the Deputy Trade Minister will ask for a 2 to 5 year extension of advantages in the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act.
